Each cell shows the radical number at the top left, the ordinary Chinese character in the center, pinyin below it and that character’s total strokes at the bottom right. For 林, 75.4 means radical 75 木 plus four remaining strokes; the whole character has eight strokes. A radical symbol such as ⽊ U+2F4A is a different Unicode character from 木 U+6728.
The ZIP contains base.csv with all 214 entries, variants.csv with all 32 additional mapping rows from the same Unicode file, the original CJKRadicals.txt, a localized README and license notices. The PDF index and the guide are ready for A4 printing.
Radical numbers are dictionary indexes, not pronunciations or complete meanings. Pinyin describes the displayed ordinary character, not every use of its component. Apostrophes in variant numbers are significant; keep them when using the CSV. The index follows Unicode 18.0.0 and is not a list of every component shape used in Chinese handwriting.
